The Shift Lead plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Shift Leads must execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and lead by example. As a Shift Lead, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.Jimmy John's looks to keep it simple and fun. Bread baked every four hours. Limited menu and sides.
