Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and leadership to our patients and staff on weekends. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and oversee the provision of care by other nurses and caregivers on weekends
Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
Supervise and guide the nursing staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes and high-quality care
Participate in interdepartmental meetings and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and communicate effectively with families and physicians
Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards patients, families, and coworkers

Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the State of Florida
